The following issues will be covered at the event:

📌 Regulation of imports of raw materials of medical cannabis;
📌 Registration of the active pharmaceutical ingredient of medical cannabis;
📌 Manufacturing of medicines from medical cannabis in pharmacies;
📌 Control over the circulation of the medical cannabis market.

We remind you that the registration of cannabis plant substance as an API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) is allowed at the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine since August 16, 2024 in accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 426.
