On April 1 – April 2, 2020, Health Technology Assessment International (HTAi) Regional Meeting will be held in Kyiv, Ukraine.
HTAi is committed to expanding ability to mobilize and strengthen the global HTA community by providing an open platform for broad collaboration that leverages collective intelligence to improve health outcomes worldwide. Representing 82 organizational members and more than 2,500 individuals from 65 countries, HTAi is the scientific and professional global society for HTA thought-leaders, researchers, agencies, policy-makers, industry, academia, health-service providers, patients, and patient organizations. The region’s emerging HTA market and strong local support make Ukraine an ideal location for capacity building workshops for HTA stakeholders. The purpose of the meeting is to offer HTA education and training followed by a workshop that builds on regional HTA experiences and facilitates the continuous cycle to develop HTA capacity, promote value-focused thinking and provoke conversations that matter with delegates from over 20 countries. Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the State Expert Centre of Ministry of Health of Ukraine have been invited to opening ceremony and will attend the panel discussions.
